We use information to create review rooms, prepare handoff packs, sync work across Web, mobile, CLI, email, Discord, and public links, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability.
Third-party processors
MemTask may use infrastructure, analytics, email, AI model providers, Cloudflare, Convex, Apple, and Stripe. Stripe handles Web subscription checkout and billing portal flows.
Public links
Public intake, handoff, and skill links are accessible to anyone with the link. Do not submit secrets, passwords, private keys, or unrelated personal data.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and work data while your account is active or as needed for security, operations, billing, and legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion or export.
Security
We use access controls, scoped tokens, transport security, and secret redaction patterns. No system can guarantee absolute security, so avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data.
Your choices
You can update account information, change language, manage billing through Stripe when available, and contact us about access, correction, export, or deletion requests.
